Mauricio’s Pizza & Pasta

I was persuaded to go back by two friends after a bad first experience a while back. It was better this time, crust flopped but was very thin and crispier than expected, pepperoni had it dripping with grease but not bad. Sauce was normal. Could’ve used a smidge more cheese. The crust was pretty decent and not chewy. Parking lot was hard to get out of to head south. Overall was worth going back to try a second time.

Nothing to write home about. Football pizza. Lots of cheese.

Overall taste was great but major floppage.... cheese to sauce ratio was a bit high... there’s potential here
