Seriously good. Thick but light. A little doughy (which I don’t mind) but if you asked for well done this thing could be scraping high 8’s for sure.

Solid pie. Coal fired. To be noted the wings and Mac and cheese were spectacular as well.

The place has a killer wood fire oven! The cheese pizza has a very tangy sauce and a cheese with a really strong aged parmesan flavor. Its definitely different and the crust was tasty I'd give this pie a 7.3 this cheese and sauce combo won't be for everyone...I didn't love it but I can appreciate it...Now the margarita pizza was in my opinion WAY better the sauce was a nice bright tomato sauce with a hint of garlic the cheese was a nice smooth mozzarella with good flavor and it had a crisp crust and was finished with fresh basil this pizza scored at a solid 8.5 It had a ton of great flavor!

This is a cheese lovers pizza. Lot of care and effort went into this cheese blend to create a unique, albeit slightly overpowering, taste. Crust wasn’t as crispy as I expected and doughy in parts. A more evenly distributed dough with more crisp puts this over the elusive 8.0 edge, but not the case today.

If you love cheese this is the spot. Crust was decent and sauce dispersion was perfect. Something to be desired with the tang. Good pie can’t go wrong for a quick lunch.
