Solid pizza for the outer banks.

Pizza is fine, not great. Definitely over-cheesed.

8.0 in OBX!! Lets goo. Max’s has great pizza. Was not expecting to have an 8 while down here on vacation. The dough is made in house, crust and undercarriage were amazing. Cheese and sauce had great taste too. Little bit of flop and little bit of grease. Overall - very happy we found this place. See you next year.

Floppy but good undercarriage and a little tang to the sauce. Cheese and toppings were excellent as was the crust.

Figgy pie was pretty interesting! Rating the plain: very very cheesy savory pie - a little undercooked. Felt like a perfect PARTY PIE. Very tasty because of the pre added garlic salt. Great sauce to cheese ratio. Great ambiance and staff 🍕

Has a lot flour on the undercarriage and crust. A lot of flop. Solid slice but could be better.

It was good pizza. The undercarriage was blonde and floury with no leoparding so it was super floppy and pretty greasy. The sauce was a spicier sauce and not very sweet which I liked but some like a sweeter sauce. Flavor was good overall.

Great Spot! Crust was crispy and pizza was flavorful. A little floppy towards the center, but overall a great pie.

I know it’s a forbidden thing, but ask for your pizza well done and they’ll hook you up real good.

1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni… very solid pie for the OBX of NC. Tasty sauce and quality cheese, perfectly proportioned… dough was fresh with good flavor, picture is a bit deceiving, looks thick and doughy, but actually very good undercarriage and crunch. Slices were floppy and somewhat greasy but did not diminish the score. By far the best pie on the Outer Banks

Doughy, seemed a bit under cooked. We did have a second pizza that was pepperoni, was cooked more and tasted better; closer to a 7.0.

Really good pizza , great quality cheese and sauce, definitely a lot of flop and we even got it we'll done, thicker crust and mediocre under carriage. Pepperoni was good and the sausage was pretty good as well, definitely the best pizza in the obx

Very good pizza. The best I've had in the Outer Banks. Great sauce, quality cheese. You can tell they use fresh, quality ingredients. It was pretty greasy and had a pretty decent flop. It is a New York style slice but was lacking the crunch of a great New York slice. I wish it was cooked just a bit longer. Overall though, it is a very good pizza and the Best on the Banks.

Great NYC style pizza. Crisp crust, not too much cheese. Fantastic flavor. I’d definitely go again.

Doughy, sauce is good so is the crust. Pretty good for OBX.

Great little pizza joint. A tad too much flop but there was some crisp to the crust and the sauce/cheese tasted great. Still the best in OBX so far.
