Traditional Chicago Deep Dish. Pretty good. Spicier than I anticipated. Not sure if it was the pepperoni or the sauce. The first few bite were all about the parmesan. I enjoyed the crust a lot. Take out only. Also got a small Tavern style. It was also spicy (deep dish is way better) way to much cornmeal on the bottom. My wife gives the tavern style a 4.3. But I’m reviewing the deep dish in this review.

My first deep dish review which is not my personal favorite style of pizza, but I had to try it because of how hyped this place is. Ordered the Dan Ryan Deep Dish, the Soldier Field Tavern style, and cheesy Beluschi sticks. Dough had good flavor and a nice crunch to it. The sauce was a little on the sweet side. Cheese was amazing. Quality toppings. Next time I would order the deep dish cooked well don’t and with extra cheese. I feel bad leaving a score of 7, but maybe I’ll be more impressed next time.
