Eye test - fair to below average Execution - ok Ratio - quite good Sauce - nothing special but reasonable taste Cheese - nothing special but not a negative Dough - does the job Weakness - no ingredient has any special quality Strength - somehow comes together Schubert said, “A man endures misfortune without complaint.” Neighborhood worthy, although the entire island has three joints

Best round pie in Brigantine, really good cheese and sauce flavors but the crust despite being ordered well done was floppy, limp , and floury with no taste. Wanted to give a score in the 6’s but couldn’t bring myself to do so, better crust would surely raise this score.

Primo pizza in brigantine - had both the round and square - Sicilian pizza is the way to go- a really heavy pizza but great taste ... nice local shop - nothing fancy but just good pizza

I just fucking love pizza so it’s hard for me to grade it. Compared to other pizzas I’ve had, this is not horrible, it’s just not outstanding. Was cheap, however, so the score is fair.
