Mellow Mushroom - Asheville

Ordered crisp, extra sauce and double cut. First time ordered this way at a mellow location, less sloppy than usual. It’s good pizza, I love the dough. Heavier pizza, not something I want all the time but, on a cold rainy night after breweries it hit the spot.

Family likes this pizza, scores ranged from 6.5 to 7.0. Great outdoor patio in downtown Asheville.

Crust is absolutely fire. The sauce and cheese aren’t quite to the level of the crust. Got a pepperoni and chicken pie and the chicken was very good pepperoni ok. Solid pie

House special on classic crust. Sauce tastes like a better version of dominoes. Crust was good and crispy enough to hold all the toppings.

Little below average pizza

Mellow Mushroom is as consistent as Liam Neeson’s daughter getting Taken.

Elite crust, next level sauce. Good vibes. 7.8.

Not a ton of flavor. Okay at best. Restaurant’s atmosphere is cool though, and there’s a huge beer selection.

Although the pizza was only mediocre, the aesthetic and vibe of Mellow Mushroom was awesome, super hippie vibe. I highly recommend going to this tester aunt for the experience of eating there
