Mellow Mushroom Carmel

Probably scored a little higher due to the nostalgia of taking the kids here when they were babies. That was in another state though and the slices are much smaller now than 15 years ago. The crust doesn’t seem as fresh but this is still a top 10 slice in the Indy area. My memories are in the mid 8’s. This pizza is good but I wouldn’t drive 30 minutes for it again. If I lived here I’d still eat it once a week.

Good undercarriage, get a slight crisp close to edge, probably too much cheese for my liking, makes it kinda chewy, sauce is pretty good, pepperonis aren't crispy but are a little more spicy than most

Pretty good undercarriage, crust is pretty bready, like the sauce.

Crust with nice crisp. Edge crusty with nice crisp and soft warm center.

Little flop. Wonderful crust almost tastes as good as their pretzel bites. Would’ve been a 9 if it wasn’t take out. Highly recommend their ranch (except that’s not what’s pictured— that’s Greek yogurt ranch and sometimes healthy doesn’t taste as good). Would go back every week of my life if Bubba’s didn’t exist.
