This is my second time trying Mellow Mushroom. I have been to the Delray Beach location right by the famous Atlantic Ave strip, but they closed down around covid time.
1. I was very impressed by the perfect fresh tasting dough. They say they use spring water to make it with. Cheese is a good quality tasting product.
2. The sauce had a slight sweetness to it but had an over powering taste of basil in it. I know people who love basil a lot and would appreciate this but, to me, it took away from enjoying the rest of the flavors.
3. This is the Clearwater location. They only seem to be down the whole West Coast of Florida now and many in the Orlando area.
4. Overall I definitely would return, beats out many other places here in town!
