Mellow Mushroom Downtown Denver

I was excited to try this place. The pizza was “okay”. A bit bland for my taste, and the crust was very soft and limp. It made the toppings really runny. I ordered a cheese with fresh mozzarella and the mozzarella tasted like store bought in a shaker can. I wanted my first review to be a great one. This place was just okay. The service was phenomenal and the place has a good vibe.
