Although Mellow Mushroom opened in December ‘18, they do not at all seem like a newcomer to the pizza game. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza on the classic crust, and it delivered pretty strongly. The crust may have actually been the best part of the pie, as it was a great combination of doughy and crunchy, and contained dozens of warm bubbles. Matched with a great cheese and solid toppings, this new destination should not disappoint.
