Mellow Mushroom Florence

Waited 15 minutes and never got a server to recognize us. Too long to wait for over priced mediocre pizza. We walked out and didn’t eat pizza.

Pretty underwhelming. Pretty generic chain store tasting ingredients. Sauce had a decent taste but reminded me of jarred spaghetti sauce. Crust was way way way too doughy. The whole pizza seemed undercooked in general.

Sad to say it’s the best pizza in Florence. The pizza is ok

One bite, everybody knows the rules. I almost solely eat NY style pepperoni pizza. Mellow Mushroom is its own genre of pizza and I exclusively eat their Maui Wowie. From a taste perspective it’s close to a 10. Crust is a bit heavy and can be doughy...but holds all of the toppings well w little flop. Love Maui Wowie!!!

Good flop ratio. Nice crispy crust. Sauce could be a little better.

Mighty Meaty on Gluten Free Crust, not bad, same mighty meaty taste on thinner crust. Good option if you have dietary restrictions.
