Mellow Mushroom Short Pump

First time I’ve gotten a plain cheese pizza at Mellow Mushroom. I’ve seen mixed reviews from people here, but they were on point today. Very little Short Pump flop. Cheese was flavorful and the sauce was sweet. The dough had a slight crisp, so I could take clean bites. I’m usually not a fan of their pretzel crust, but it was crispy and had a good dusting of parmesan. 7.1, that’s a review.
