Some have referred to this pizza as “California style” which I’m sure has many interpretations. I can say, confidently, that Me-N-Ed’s does it best. From the crispy, flaky crust, and the tangy tomato sauce, this pizza is hard to beat. We usually order several toppings, but even a standard cheese will satisfy your taste buds. No flop, great crunch, and a perfect flavor balance. There is no pizza like it anywhere else. It is truly one of a kind. Each location follows the same recipe and preparation and has been a Central Valley staple for over 50 years.
