This is my favorite pizza of all time. I live in Illinois and make the 3 hour trip up to MPC just for the pizza. The sauce is sweet but not too sweet. The cheese is unlike any cheese I have tasted before too, almost like a gruyere. The crust is also sweet too. I know it’s not “one bite” official but if you leave a little bit of the pizza and put a line of honey on the crust line and fold it up like a taco, you create a whole new surprise at the end. I would give it a 10 or a 9.9 but that would be a rookie score.
