-Margherita: Crunchy. Good crisp. Floppy due to a thick, incredibly flavorful and hearty sauce. The bold roasted tomatoes sauce itself is a full meal. The pairing of Mozzarella and Stracciatella di bufala cheeses makes the blend taste rich and smooth. Great. 8.2
-Pepperoni: Crunchy. Good crisp. Quite floppy due to the overall thickness of the ingredients. Once again, a very hearty and bold roasted tomatoes sauce at a slighter scale and not as predominant this time, making way for the mounds of the three cheese blend. Two types of savory, flavorful, greasy and slightly spicy pepperoni smothered by Fontina, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. What’s not to like. 8.3
