Mezzo Junction

Renamed to junction because this is the connect between pittston and duryea, the square is definitely still king, it’s really light crispy slightly sweet and delish sauce, solid cheese a little less wet the revellos. The round has too much flour in the crust, too chalky and not crispy, sauce is different maybe too acidic and can use a carrot. The cheese seems more of a moz and provolone blend. Stick with the square.

Just enough crunch. Yum.

Square style but different than Old Forge. Light crispy undercarriage light on the red sauce and not too messy!
