The dough on this pie is spectacular, not quite as thin as Dave would want but good football pizza dough. The problem with this pizza is the sauce, it tastes sweet, not really the desirable flavor for a pizza. Wait times can be long but if you’re really hungry and want pizza this is really your only option this far into the Sierra Nevada. Garlic Wings are greasy but great. I would say if this pizza were elsewhere I wouldn’t touch it but the location and the fact that I am usually starving when I eat it keeps me coming back. 6.1, that’s the review.
