Michaelangelo's Pizza & Subs

This is a solid, everyday slice. The cheese-to-sauce ratio is well balanced, and the crust has a satisfying crunch, especially considering the size of the slice. The biggest drawback is the structure—it has a weak flop and tends to break apart in your hand, making it a bit messy to eat. It won’t blow you away, but it’s a dependable slice you’d be happy grabbing for a quick lunch or casual dinner.

I was going to give it a score in the 7’s but for being NC beach pizza it blew me away. It is a big slice which typically is a bad sign, but it was crispy with a great undercarriage. A lil greasy for some but I enjoyed it.

Nice crunchy crust, and a great flop. A little sparse on the toppings and the cheese was greasy. Served so hot that I almost burnt my face off 😉

Decent pizza. Kinda chewy. Decent crush on the crust. Definitely NY style. Had it delivered which could alter the score. Took about 40 minutes for delivery. Really good sized pieces. Size large could feed 3 big people well for lunch

Sauce has good flavor. Crust added to the experience. Not too greasy. Minimal flop. Solid pie.

Huge slices. Major flop. Similar to mall or airport pizza but just a bit better. Probably going to be better cold in the AM

Extremely thin, little crunch, good cheese, touch too much grease. Missing some heartiness, but overall tastey.

It might be this social distance thing kicking in, but this pizza was phenomenal. Cheese was on point and the doughy crust helped take thing to a whole different level
