Michael's Original Pizzeria & Tavern

The vibe and the customer service was elite. The crispy crust was amazing. The sauce was a little bland but the ingredients were fresh and crust made it so unbelievable. Loved it

Portnoy can’t even open a Chicago style pizza box. You want to take advice from that jagoff? This place is pizza heaven. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio. You want it extra crispy? Just ask for it well done like a normal human person.

Might be the thinnest pizza I've ever had. If it was crispier would be ranked slightly higher. Cool spot in a good location

Ordered well done extra crispy for pickup and this atrocity was soggy in the box waiting in 15 minutes. NO char at all. None. No quality at Michael’s terrible staff. Sausage was mid.

Second review for Michael's pizza. Second time back after Portnoy scored this place. Pizza was okay. Seemed like it went down in quality. Soft crust, not cooked enough. Sauce was way, way too sweet. Sorry, but I had to lower the score

Super thin cracker crust, zero flop, tangy sauce. Great tavern style pizza.

Chicago deep dish style

No flop, sauce was sweet and tangy, cheese had a nice sturdiness to it and the meat toppings were good quality. Crust was nice and crispy and thin, great undercarriage!!

this one was really really close to cracking the 8’s for me. You can tell whoever cooked this pie knew what they were doing.

Ordered Delivery. Arrived a little cold. Not the restaurants fault (I blame GrubHub driver). Sauce is a little on the sweet side for me. Regardless, I powered through half of a 14’ pie. I enjoyed it!

Very good, pizza. If the sauce had more flavor, it would be in the 8's. Absolutely coming back.

Super thin crust. Good char. Sauce on the sweet side….excellent flavor. Good quality pepperoni. Love this place. 👍👍👍

Very good deep dish. Cheese was melted perfectly and crust had a nice crunch.

Very thin, crisp, good quality cheese.
