Pizza Review
Average Neapolitan pizza. Neapolitans are a safe bet as you really can't screw them up. The flop is massive. The crust has no bite but is chewy and yeasty in a good way. The mozzarella seems a tad fake, but the sauce was really good. Nice sweet hints of tomato with a good drizzle of olive oil. However, as it cools, it becomes more acidic and tastes a tad fermented. Eat it while it's hot. As average of a Neapolitan as it can get.
