Midland Pizzeria and Restaurant

I've been driving past this spot for years saying to myself I'm gonna stop here and I'm glad I did, well overdue. This personal pizza has pepperoni. You may not see the pepperoni, but don't worry...it's there. The crust is thin like a saltine cracker with a fantastic crunch. The rest of the components, the sauce, cheese, pepperoni, grease...it all is smooth, harmonious and the flavor is divine. I give this pizza an 8.1 The garlic knots are among the best I ever had...the aroma hit my nose like a Mike Tyson right hook, the texture is perfect and the garlic is John Cena strong! The dipping sauce is very good too. I give the knots a 9.8 Both this pizza and knots are a MUST HAVE!!

I probably won’t go back!

Minimal flop, great crispy undercarriage. Sauce and cheese both extremely fresh. My best slice yet no doubt.

Zero flop. Good crunch. Tangy sauce. Almost reminds me of Ellios pizza. Not a bad thing though. Decent taste.

Too much tomatoes paste

Tried the regular slice this time. Solid pizza

Consistent, always hot and fresh, made the same way everytime...my go to plain slice spot in the neighborhood
