Midnight Oil

I wanted to love this pizza. Unfortunately it was the worst pizza I’ve had in Nashville, maybe even ever. The cheese was some sort of congealed mess that fused together like wallpaper glue. You could scalp this entire topping like peeling open an old school fruit-by-the-foot and be left with a the weird crust. The dough itself had a funny smell and taste to it. Overall it was inedible and after 1 bite, it was thrown away. Great bar and atmosphere though.
