Great crisp from the center of the slice back. Tad bit of flop on the lower. Great tang and great cheese. Solid pie.

One bite everyone knows the rules. Very good flavor to the cheese and good tang. You can tell the ingredients are all fresh and homemade. Only thing that is keeping this out of the 8’s is there is no crisp to the first bite. Other than that it’s a great pie. 7.9 that’s a review!

Cheese and pepperoni just slide off the crust.. pepperoni would be better on top so it gets crispy.
