God damn that was good. We had the Queen and Spicy Sopreseta pan pizzas. They are small 12 inch pizzas, very tasty, soft dough and crust. The Sopreseta pizza has a nice kick if you like spicy toppings. You can easily eat one pan pizza by yourself. One of the best brick oven pizzas I have had.

Really delicious flavor. Flavor is actually in the high 8s / low 9s. But the dough is not crispy at all. Flop all over the place and the dough was super chewy like high school cafeteria pizza. Again, superb flavor but I had to knock some points for the soft chewy dough.

Aesthetically looking, this pizza is a 9.5. Cutesy sexy pizza. Like a blonde bombshell. Gorgeous looking but can use more substance. A bit chewy despite the coal fire. Sauce is great. I like more cheese but best Neapolitan you can find in area.

Lotta flop, but no grease so that’s a plus. Cheese on point and the sauce is on the sweeter side, which makes it very good. Good crust overall, just a little doughy. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Wood grill Spicy soppressata Beer: Allagash Thin to medium crust . Mildly spicy . Would’ve loved some more of the honey on top definitely helped kill the burn a little . Good sauce cheese portion .

Best pizza in Queens in my opinion. Such good fancy slices and fresh dough. Yumtown!
