Mimmo's Pizzeria & Restaurant - St. Albans

This is the "Special" pepperoni, sausage, bacon, peppers, onion, mushrooms. Good undercarriage, very little flop, crisp light crust, until it cooled but all the veggies makes any pizza mushy. I was already to give them a 7.2 until I started tasting too much parmesan. Overall good but leave off the Parm and let the customer do it.

Great pizza. Good sauce, good cheese. No grease, good presentation, crust could be better overall it’s the top pizza in Saint Albans.

Good mix of cheese and sauce but crust tastes cheap and sauce is just straight tomato, no seasoning

Flavor’s all there, the flop is a little much. Crust is crunchy, which isn’t a good or bad thing. Gets a lil hometown boost, this has served me well over the years.

Good tang, solid slice. Would have been a 7.6 if it had even a little bit of crisp. GO BRUINS!!!
