Mimmo’s Ristorante Pizzeria

Crispy and light. Not much of a flop, I like it

Bread knots are far and away better than the pizza. The toppings are heavy and the crust is thin. I like thin crust, but this crust isnt substantial enough to handle that amount of sauce and cheese. Could've cooked another minute. Knots get an 8.1. They were crusty, and buttery. Pie gets a 6.2.

Pizza looked fantastic, just like the pics in the app. However, the mozzarella was very salty and the crust had the chew of a dried camel’s scrotum.
