I’ve tried to love this pizza so many times now, but it’s just not my style. Whenever you ask someone what their favorite pizza is in Pittsburgh, they will most likely say Fioris or Mineos. I definitely understand the hype with Fioris, but I think this place is massively overrated. It’s definitely a well made pizza it’s just wayyyyy too loaded with cheese. Every other aspect of the pizza is very good, especially the crust. It’s pretty impressive that I was able to pick up the slices without anything falling off of it. I just really can’t understand how this is so many people’s favorite. There’s more to pizza than just putting a bunch of cheese on it. On a positive note, a small pizza will put you to bed.
