Pizza Review
This is an exceptional pizza in a non-pizzeria. The crust lands somewhere between traditional Neapolitan and upscale restaurant-style: thin, lightly crisped on the outside, but still soft and airy inside. It’s not overly charred or aggressively chewy and more refined than rustic. The sauce leans clean and slightly sweet, tasting like real tomatoes rather than heavily seasoned marinara. It doesn’t overpower the rest of the pie, which keeps everything balanced.
