Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza - Boca Raton

Some of the best dough around. Extremely thin. Super crispy. Ingredients are high quality.

Best pizza in Boca and in the entire area in my opinion. Super thin and crispy. Dough tastes amazing and fresh. Sauce had perfect balance. High quality cheese. And a perfect cook on it. I’ll be back….a lot.

Special off menu pizza, I’ve tried Mister01 at many other locations so tried their “Hero” star pizza. Great flavor, never disappointed at Mister01

Star Luca was great. Had the cheese and margaritas pies before, they are great. The first time/review wasn’t good. But they have improved dramatically since last year. Definitely coming back

Had the small cheese along with the small Elisa (sans ricotta). While it’s not my favorite style of pizza the taste of both were good and they were crispy and nicely charred. The cheese pizza was paper thin and I would’ve liked more dough, sauce and cheese. For those reasons I’d rate it a 7.0. The Elisa was unique. For me, same deductions as the cheese pizza. Scoring this one higher though due to the great taste of the honey, truffle oil and black pepper. Would’ve liked yo have as much pepper as pictured on the site though. I’ll say 7.4 with upside (if I didn’t hold the ricotta perhaps and a little more pepper). Overall 7.2. Will be back to try the Matteo, Claudio and a couple of others. Tip - if ordering online like I did plan to arrive sooner than the 30 minutes it says it’ll be ready. Got a notification it was ready 8 minutes later.

This is the star Luca pizza, with ricotta stuffed crust, basil, Italian tomato sauce, spicy Calabrese salami, & I substituted the mozzarella for more ricotta. Best pizza in Boca Raton!

I was very impressed in Miami when I had this, and this was still good, but it just did not blow me away. It was a bit bland and the crust was not as good as I remembered. It is good thin pizza, but I just can’t give it a higher score .

I see David Portnoy gave the Miami location an 8.9 1. I was doing 3 pizza reviews this day and was trying to order the smallest portions possible. I decided to go with the small cheese pizza. Turned out to have a cracker crust which I always deduct for. 2. If I ever came back I would order the small traditional pie instead. 3. The overall taste of the pizza was very delightful. It was by far, not a typical slice. The sauce was very thin and a taste that is not common. The cheese was very thin. 4. Overall I could have ate 4 of these whole pizzas and not be totally filled up.

Best pizza in Florida. Crispy. Paper thin. Perfect Florida pie. This is the one.

This South Beach original is certainly a welcomed addition to Boca Raton. Consistently in the “9” range, this particular pie falls slightly short with the burnt bubbles. Sans bubbles, you are looking at a 9.1 or 9.2 pie. The airy-ness of the crust and simplicity of the quality ingredients make this a must-have pizza if in the Boca area. Since my family prefers to frequent this place seemingly twice a month, I’m sure one of these days a re-score will reach the “9’s”.

This place is adorable!!! B got the margarita and i got the Claudio! WILD!!!! Margarita is straight forward. Great crust, awesome undercarriage integrity! Flavorful sauce! Funky cheese. But the Claudio! WOW! Burrata and truffle oil!! If funk is your thing, this has FUNK!!! And so crispy underneath! I think I’m in love! 😍

Legit pie. This is the tastiest “thin-crust” pizza that I have ever had. The sauce is perfect. The crust couldn’t be any better for it’s style (I like a little more dough) Another lump or two of mozz, and maybe shred the basil… and we’re into the high 8s to 9s.
