Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza Sandy Springs

Based upon the reviews I was expecting more. Very thin nice tasting sauce, very oily, lots of flop. Not bad but not great.

I got the Star Luca and a regular cheese pizza and both were very good. The Star Luca is a little different with the ricotta filled crust but worth getting if you’re looking for good pizza. If you get it to go, make sure to ask for the spicy olive oil

The crust is so thin, light and crispy. Perfect balance across the pizza. No one item dominates the flavor profile. One of the best spots in the city. They also give you a spicy olive oil to add on if you’re into it. Almost 0 flop and the collaboration of flavors is top notch.

Star Luca, their flagship pie, fancy pie for sure but so thin and didn’t pack flavor. Good but a bit overhyped.

Pizza was pretty good but not my favorite of all time. I would consider another visit for a different item.
