Mister Paganini

Lots of flop for me but good bases, sauce above average but could use more depth. Overall solid pizza but you don’t call you mum letting her know how good a slice it is.

Awesome tasting and well cooked base is holding the score up. Wood fired to perfection but something is lacking in sauce. All other pizzas are amazing.
