Mix Brick Oven Pizza

One of the harder slices I’ve had to rate so far. Starting at 7 for a basic ”this is good but not great” pie, this basically stuck right there. This one came out piping hot and need a cooling period. The sauce was pretty much no where to be found and the cheese was pretty bland. The crust Had a pretty nice crisp and not much flop. Probably would have gone around 6.7 if not for the garlic crust. That added .3 for me. Again, your basic 7.0 pie. Don’t go out of your way, but stop in if you’re nearby and hungry. That’s a review.
