All right I decided to check out this new pizza joint. definitely family run, they have their kids working the front counter haha. I was not super impressed by the look of the pizza however it's cooked in a wood fired oven. Really nice cheese not greasy at all, great tasting sauce as well. the crust has a little bit too much extra flower on the bottom for me but the edges have a really nice layered crunch. They didn't need to leave this pizza in the oven longer if I was to order it again I would definitely ask for it well done. Very nice job overall people should definitely go try this.
