Fancy square pizza in an unassuming atmosphere. Full flavors of fresh tomato and basil. Cheese is dense and creamy but it’s the supporting actor in this slice. The star is the crust. Roman style crust, which is similar to Sicilian-style, but they add olive oil into the dough and let it rise for an extended period of time. Picture a traditional thick Sicilian slice with slightly less “fluff” and a little more “crunch.”
