MOD Pizza

Alright Frankie, today’s review coming at ya from Mod Pizza here in Chicago. Really awesome place and is like a chipotle for pizza. I picked out the toppings I wanted which created this BBQ chicken pizza. Starting off with the dough which might be the best part. It was the perfect thickness for me and cooked to perfection. These things are only in the oven for about 2 minutes and comes out with almost a brick oven taste to them which I love. The ingredients are very tasty but I’m not going to rate them too much on here since you kinda tell them which stuff you want on. The cheese has a very good taste to it and seems to be high quality. Now let me explain why I have this place ranked at a 6.9. Due to the fact it’s not a pizza fully created by them I had to bring the score down just a bit because I told them to put only things I new I loved on it. Now with that being said the actual taste of the pizza all together could honestly be in the high 7’s! Totally recommend checking one of these out if your around one.
