Pizza Review
I was skeptical of this place, as I am of any chain joint. I understand if you see this and think it’s a crazy score, but I’ve got a thing for pizza cooked by fire. I don’t know if it’s true brick oven but the crust had the feel of one. I love the light char you get from this style. Their sauce wasn’t exploding with flavor, but it was better than most chains. Cheese produced some grease but not overwhelmingly so. All in all a pretty good slice in an area lacking elite competition.
