Great presentation. Slightly undercooked. Hardly any char on under carriage. Taste good. Sauce has flavor. No seasoning, you'll have to ask for it. I asked for the Maddy as the way it comes.

Lots to like here. Hot, right out of the fire oven. Plenty of thick mozzarella. Great crust. Tangy sauce. Tad greasy, but maybe that’s to be expected in these quickly made pizzas. Glad I ate at the building, as I think this wouldn’t stay hot long, and would not reheat well.

Seems like a Blaze knock off, or Blaze is a knockoff if MOD. Either way went with the Caspian. Should have gone more basic. Like the BBQ but the stinky cheese was off putting. Go more basic is my recommendation. Not bad though.
