Pizza Review
I know it doesn’t look amazing from the photo, but this place consistently puts out solid pizza. Great bar pie consistency, very thin with a light crackery / flaky crust. Zero flop. Good undercarriage. The cheese is really delish here. Great flavor. The red sauce, however, is probably my second least favorite (under Ledo’s). It’s tangy and sometimes has a kick to it. I’m not a big sauce guy, so I usually get it light on the sauce here. Sure this is one of those gourmet places, so you can get whatever you want on your pie, but let’s be honest, all you need is cheese. Nice interior set-up. Good music. Staff is great too, even though they always give me a hard time for ordering a boring ass Maddy.
