This is a tough one to grade because there’s different ways to look at the grading scale. If your traditional scale is a 6.0 is good “football pizza”, then it’s fair to say it’s higher than a 6. However, this isn’t a traditional pizza joint and they’re attempting to compete against the fast food market of pizza. They’re better than Dominos and Little Caesars (who does make a good thin crust pie). The crust is light, the ingredients are fresh, but there’s also nothing that really sets them apart that warrants traveling hours away to come to this joint. This is great pizza when you don’t have 30 minutes to wait for a pie.
