Modern Apizza

Alright so few things. I was able to try out the 3 different style of regular pies Mozzarella, plain and margherita. Let’s start with the mozzarella. It was very underwhelming. Too much cheese crust was floppy and doesn’t taste anything special. It’s ok but it’s not great id rate that a 7.3 in my book. Next I tried the plain. Now this is the way to go! Nice sauce good flavor with a sprinkle of parm on it. Crust was cooked real good nice and crusty and tasty. A tad salty from the parm but not too bad. Overall this was the best score. 8.3. Next I had the Margherita to go which I had the next day. Much better than regular mozzarella. I think it is a solid 7.8 pizza. Real tasty. Good basil flavor but a tad too greasy. Crust wasn’t as crispy as I’d like but that could be because it was in the box. I also had the clam pie which was really flavorful definitely a recommend. This is a solid spot, it’s not better than Sally’s but it’s a good 2nd place.
