Mozzarella pie - Needed more sauce

Got the mozzarella pie well done. Crust was exceptional, great flavor and char was perfect. Cheese was pretty good, tho a bit greasy, perhaps a byproduct of getting it well done. Was very disappointed in the sauce tho- not that it lacked flavor, but that it was practically nonexistent. Pushed to the edges mainly and many bites were more like eating cheese bread. Will give another try in case it was a one-off.

Did not disappoint. Lived up to the hype. Better than pepes and was so easy to get down. Good cheese and the dough is so sweet love it.

1/2 Mozzarella, 1/2 Italian Bomb, 100% excellent. Giving mozzarella the edge here. #PizzaPack

8.2 is a great score and this is really good pizza. I had very high expectations coming here and honestly it fell a little short. But very very good crust and very solid pie in general. Cool to be able to sit down in New Haven and get a few drinks with your pizza, much more chill than other spots in town.

Gonna start by saying this was their first pizza sold of the day so maybe the oven wasn’t full fire yet. But what on earth about this is New Haven style? It’s poorly and unevenly cut?!? Not well done. No crisp. No char taste. The sauce was non existent tasting. A solid pizza but nothing special at all

Not sure if we got a one-off bad pie but our crust was criminally undercooked. Completely floppy and doughy. Good sauce and cheese. Probably would’ve rated lower if this wasn’t in New Haven.

It’s the real deal! Must go, run now to try it! Won’t be disappointed!
