Good pie, crust was good. Center of pie is too thin, almost impossible to eat with hands. Have to roll it up. But flavor is good. Red sauce was great.

Best pizza we had in France. When I tried ordering a pepperoni, the waitress rolled her eyes and talked me into a pie with Bresaloa and basil. Glad she did. Cheese was delicious. Great spot near the Eiffel Tower.

Dough is excellent however you almost have no option other than experiencing this with a fork to experience the full essence of the pie.
