Ordered it slightly well done to get the crispy crunch. Got the fennel sausage specialty pizza. Cooked perfectly and looked great, nice undercarriage. Too much flop and the crust was just ok. Overall a good pizza. Slightly disappointing based on the beautiful brick oven and I was hoping for an 8 or higher pizza.

Best pizza I’ve ever had so far in Lincoln! A little floppy, but the crisp of the crust was there, the cheese was flavorful along with the sauce. Great pizza! Can’t wait to come back and try another style!

First off, I’d definitely order well done (which I didn’t). Sauce amount and taste was great. Cheese was creamy but with a bit of chew. Obviously could be crispier. Other than that, GREAT service, GREAT drinks.

Best pizza in all Lincoln. Brick oven pizza with the right amount char, fresh cheese daily and the sauce is perfect. Not only that but the service is always great
