This is by far my go-to place in the Burg. The pie has good crisp; a little floppy but pretty good structure; the pie keeps its integrity when handling a slice. The mozzarella and tomato sauce are both really good, and there’s not too much of either on the pie so none of the slices are heavy. I will say I generally prefer pies where I can taste a good bit of the tomato sauce, so I’ll sometimes ask for a little extra, but overall it’s not a huge criticism. Great pie.
