Hands down best pizza in Lynchburg. Gas fired, brick oven, old fashioned Italian pizza! Light, crisp, and fresh ingredients. The owners are from Italy and it shows.

i definitely respect the craftsmanship in this slice. and the people who run the place are nice as gold. i definitely recommend a visit to monte carlo anytime. that said, a few things i’m not a huge fan of: tomato moat on the outside and uncharacteristic flop for nearly quarter pie slice. i really feel they could have added more cheese and beefed up the undercarriage. however… the taste and overall experience is tremendous, you can tell this is a tried and true recipe. a few execution notes that i would have done differently, but im not in the pizza business. this pizza could easily be in the 8s with a little more cheese. but only around half of my bites even had cheese on them. the ones that had cheese were out of sight delicious. i will be back! love this place

Didn’t have a picture of the pizza, so here’s a pic of my cat. But pizza was really good, good crips and undercarriage. Little greasy but overall definitely one of the best in Lynchburg.

Honestly, a pretty great slice. Crust was good, pizza was a bit too greasy - too much cheese. Probably should be higher than a 7.3. For Lynchburg, a 7.8 is fair. The owner was speaking Italian, so you know it’s real

Great lookin pie. Thin, crispy crust. Cheese to sauce ratio is incredible. A little greasy but not bad. Best pizza in Lynchburg.

Crust had great crisp and sauce has some ting. Could have used a little more cheese. Better than I was expecting.

One bite, everyone knows the rules...not greasy, very cheesy and dough has a nice flavor. Very fluffy crust and it tastes delicious. Sauce was good but honestly was enjoying the cheese and crust too much to remember. Be warned though, lots of flop and thin crust however if you really like cheesy pizza, this is it. One of the best pizza places in the Lynchburg area so far.
