Good pizza! I am excited I finally got to eat it. The reviews about the sauce is very accurate. It’s a different sauce. I like a little more cheese on it, but other than that. I like it!

Light wholesome , signature thin crust, sauce cheese ratio is on point. This was the perfect end pie to a weekend pizza tour. smoked crack a beach after felt cute.

The sauce is unique. I liked it. Overall it reminded me of a frozen thin crust pizza I could make at home. Still good and I’d go again. I just don’t see how this is close to a 10.

Was in the area visiting potential colleges with my daughter. Got a plain and half mushroom, half pepperoni. Not sure what the hype is about, it’s pretty bland and not worthy of Dave’s 10.

So there I was craving pizza on a Friday, go on the app and of course I see the only ten I’ve ever seen from Dave so I had to try it. Full disclosure, I’m not a huge bar pizza guy - like the bread a bit thicker with some good dough in there (Regina’s in the north end is my fav). That said, solid pie; loved the flavor on the sauce which wasn’t too overpowering, the dough was light with a snappy crisp to it and great texture. For me what would’ve gotten this to the 8-9 range would’ve been a bit more cheese which was lacking and more of a charcoal to the undercarriage (that said it was real busy there so they probably went fast). Excellent pizza, I’d go again but how on earth this place got a ten is a mystery to me, even for bar pizza. I think Dave’s review was a bit dated so maybe he’d think different if he gave this place a redo.

You're out of your mind if your think the 10 out of 10 score wasn't hometown bias. Stoolies have a tendency to just adopt Dave's exact tastes when it comes to pizza. But I'm glad these scores are bringing it back to Earth. South Shore bar pie, this slice has a zestier sauce than I expected from what Dave likes in most other pizzas. It also doesn't seem quite like a pan pie with the crust. Bar pie has this tendency to seem like frozen pizza or get Chucky Cheese-like in the crust. This more tastes like than than had that cracker thin crust. Not my style at all.

One bite, everyone knows the rules! Thin, crispy, no flop, good sauce and cheese. Perfection.

Perfect, except the sauce. If you put Tripoli sauce on this pie, unbeatable. Perfect crust and cheese, did not disappoint.

Definitely not 10. It’s a joke. Not worth the buying. It literally tasted like a frozen pizza. I had better frozen pizza than this. I originally rate 3.8 but more bites I took it went down hill. Sour sauce, little cheese if it is and dry disgusting frozen crust. It’s definitely frozen. Prove me wrong but don’t spend money. Also Monte pizza might be on par with Dave’s nasty frozen pizza. I want my money back in both. Dave loses credibility if he doesn’t review Monte or frozen pizza properly.
