I expected more from this one, I really did. To start with the bad, it was the cheese. There just wasn’t enough for me. The dough to this pizza bordered on downright ugly. Although the center had a good flop to it, the edge was perhaps the hardest part to get through with just how hard and crunchy it was. The good and perhaps great part of this pizza is the sauce. The tomato flavor to it combined with the herb blend made it such that eating this pizza was still enjoyable. All in all, not a bad option if you’re in the area but certainly not worth making a pilgrimage for just because Dave rated it a 10.0.
