Montesacro Brooklyn

The “Pinsa” at Montesacro’s is light and airy with crisp, brick-oven-burnt bubbles. The menu describes it as “Roman-style, made of 85% water, and proofed for 2-days” making it a low-fat dough. It’s delicious, one of the best New York pies I’ve had to date
