Monti's Pizza Plus

Home town joint so the score is skewed but you can’t get better Greek style. Crust and dough has a great flavor and is perfectly fluffy but still has a defined undercarriage. Sauce is a little heavier tasting than normal, but it works very well. Cheese is delicious and the cheese/sauce ratio is ideal. Toppings are always fresh and evenly spread. You can’t ask for a better small town Greek pie than this. Always excellent and holds a special place in my heart. Also, Niko, the owner, is such a good dude. F*ck I love this pie.
