I’m being a tad bit more generous with my review than the Stoolpres would be but nevermind that. This pizza is just perfect, it’s everything you look for in a pizza. Tasteful pizza with the perfect amount of dough, cheese, and sauce. Great undercarriage with just the slightest amount of flop. The cheese is locally produced from one Hollis’ cow farms and you can really taste the freshness. The sauce, which I learned uses locally grown tomatoes, flows so smoothly with the rest of the pizza and they add just the right amount. Additionally, the owners are true Italians and have been running pizza restaurants for over a century now, however this specific establishment is only a few decades old. It is apparent that the cooks have truly perfected their craft and because of this pizza, no other pizza will ever taste the same. 10/10 Would 1000% recommend.
