Amazing crust and pizza. Very fresh and perfect blend of toppings.

Looks fairly basic, this is the five cheese pesto. Great crust and also flavor. Not greasy, I honestly loved it. I usually get meat so this is a first. Overall great pizza. The restaurant itself is nice and good ambience. Top 3 pizza in Las Vegas

This Margherita pizza was incredible. The flavors came through from the sauce and cheese way better on this pie than the traditional cheese. It was fantastic.

Good pizza. Place is in a strip mall but you walk in and it’s very classy. Good place for date night. If you order just a slice it’s 2 triangular pieces. This time we ordered a full pizza, which is brick style, square pieces. Cheese has a little slippage but good. Sauce is tasty. Definitely would recommend this place but it’s not gonna blow your balls off.

I'm gonna break it down like this. The word of the day: Disappointment. Now don't get me wrong, it's certainly not the pizza or the establishment, the slice is great. You know, how I already have reviewed this on June 26, 2019. There in lies my disappointment. We have a consortium member (out of respect will be not named) that states everyday "that there are no more good pizza places here in Las Vegas that we have not hit". I disagree. I know this is a bit off topic but this member needs to get his mind right. Anyways, as for my original score, it will stay and I will always drive here to get a slice or 2.

Mediocre at best!

I've lived in Vegas for my basically my whole life, and there is a plethora of pizza joints around town. Monzu absolutely has to be the best in Vegas, the pizza is always cooked to perfection, in a wood fire oven. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I only recommend Monzu to people asking now. Pizzeria Monzu, Pepsi, Perfection.

Starting to realize what a quality slice is.

It was effing delicious! A little flop in the middle slices but who cares when you have awesome tasting pizza. Applause all around!

Good toppings and good crust! Little floppy, nothing to be upset about! Not a traditional round pie....Solid solid piece!

We’ve now ate here 3 times and it’s just as amazing everytime. It’s not my typical type of pizza, as I much prefer more traditional NY style. But this crust and the sauce, so awesome! Doesn’t hurt that the place is super cool and offers other great food options. Perfect “fancy” pizza for those nicer nights. Don’t skip this place!

Sourdough crust made with two types of flour and proprietary yeast strain and starter. Absolutely phenomenal. Go out of your way.

It’s not cheap pizza, but the flavor of the dough/crust was amazing because of the special starter they use. The bottom could have been more crispy the night we were there. The pizza the next day was better when reheated and crisped up.
